Katharine N. Bernstein practices in the areas of first- and third-party insurance defense and estate planning.
During the first ten years of her career, Katharine focused her practice on estate planning, elder law, and long-term care planning. While living abroad, Katharine was a visiting professor in Ethics in Elder Law at St. Joseph’s College of Law in Bangalore, India. After returning to the US, she transitioned her practice to defending clients in personal injury matters.
Outside of work Katharine enjoys spending time with her husband, stepchildren, and four dogs.
