Tommie Morris

Tommie Morris is an experienced and accomplished trial attorney. Her practice focuses on transportation litigation including person injury lawsuits involving commercial drivers.

Experience:

Prior to joining Smith Parker Elliott, Tommie was in-house counsel for two major auto insurance carriers and a national insurance defense firm. She effectively defended against first- and third-party claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds and has tried more than twenty cases to verdict, resulting in seven take nothing judgments. During law school, Tommie gained valuable experience in environmental compliance and matters concerning the Federal Employers’ Liability Act as a paralegal at Union Pacific Railroad.
